State leaders ordered Wellmark to postpone its 18 percent article writing service rate increase for about 80,000 Iowans on Monday, pending an independent review of the health insurer's planned premium increase."I share the concerns of many Iowans that the recent article writing service rate increases are a disturbing and unwelcomed surprise," said Gov. Chet Culver. "We can, and we will, ensure that any rate increases on 80,000 are fair and completely justified."
